Jan Marini Skin Research Recover-E incorporates
specific healing properties, anti-inflammatory agents, and
antioxidant substances into a remarkable formula that has unique
benefits during the sleep cycle.
Recover-E utilizes three of the most potent free
radical scavengers, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and beta carotene.
Beta carotene is an effective single antioxidant, and because it
is fat soluble it is able to work in tandem with Vitamin E in
the lipid membrane of the cell. Researchers estimate that a
single molecule of Vitamin E within a membrane is sufficient to
protect 1,000 lipid molecules from free radical chain reaction!
Next, and equally impressive, Recover-E contains
a bioflavonoid. Among other attributes, bioflavonoids are
believed to reduce capillary fragility, thereby increasing
oxygenation. Bioflavonoids also appear suited to the prevention
of membrane damage because they gravitate to the lipid bilayer
and offer immediate protection. Another valuable aspect of
bioflavonoid technology is what is termed "co-worker status."
Besides stopping free radical attacks, bioflavonoids can
reactivate Vitamin E by passing another electron to "worn out"
Vitamin E in order for the Vitamin E to continue acting as a
scavenger against free radicals.
Recover-E also contains vital moisture
components, including a specially engineered form of cross
linked elastin, enabling this formulation to provide a
comprehensive topical skin supplement that has outstanding
benefits.

Extra cold and harsh
winter climates can be especially unkind to facial skin. When I
travel in the winter I may fly from the temperate California
climate to sub-zero East Cost frigid weather. This can leave any
skin shocked and feeling dry and dehydrated.
My remedy? I use my regular JMSR Skin Care Management products.
Then I use Recover-E cream over the top. This last layer
provides an ultra hydrating and soothing barrier that locks in
moisture. By morning my skin is once again radiant, soft and
hydrated. I never travel without my Recover-E. — Jan
