Make the most of
your time with us.
Here are a few
guidelines to help you feel at ease and to gain the greatest
benefit from your experience.
PREPARATION- For spa treatments, don't eat a heavy meal
at least one hour before appointment. Always drink
plenty of water before and after any treatment. Please
come with an attitude to enjoy.
ARRIVALS- Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your
appointment to relax and breathe! If this is your first
experience with us you need to fill out confidential health
and skincare forms. Please disclose any health concerns or
medications to insure your well being.
APPOINTMENTS- We encourage you to reserve your next
visit prior to leaving the spa. This helps to eliminate last
minute scheduling. A valid credit card number is required at
the time of booking.
GIFT CARDS- Show that special someone how much you
care! The Journey Spa & Wellness Gift Card can set them on the
right path. With the gift of skincare, massage therapy or
wellness, a gift card is perfect for any occasion, service, or
amount. Give us a call at 714.628.0000 or 877.576.9772 and we can hold or ship
your gift card right away. Gift cards may be used for products
or services only and are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS- If you need to reschedule, please
provide at least 24 hours notice for any single service (48
hour notice for any multiple service or spa package)
Appointments will be charged in full if not cancelled within
the designated time. Booking an appointment constitutes
acknowledgement of these terms.
RETURNED CHECKS-All returned checks are charged a $20
handling fee.
GRATUITIES- Your spa fee, or gift card does not include
an appreciation for the therapist (unless noted). Please feel
free to leave the gratuity you consider appropriate in an
envelope at the front desk in the envelope provided.
PRODUCT RETURNS- Spa credit for products returned with
a receipt within 15 days of purchase.
SPA ETIQUETTE- In order to preserve a relaxing
environment for all, we ask you to please speak softly and
turn off all cell phones and pagers. Children are not allowed
in the spa area without an appointment.
SPA WEAR-All services are done discreetly. In most
cases you will remain in your treatment room. If needed, you
will be provided with a robe and slippers. For scalp therapy
treatment, please bring a hat or scarf to extend the
nourishment time. For body bronzing, please inquire for dos
and don’ts list. Please come prepared to relax!
PERSONAL PROPERTY- We are not responsible for loss or
damage of any personal articles or property.
CHILDREN- Allowed in spa area by appointment only.
