International Boost Self Esteem Month
As I said earlier...It’s time...
To reaffirm and renew… You! Did you know that aside from
Valentines Day the whole month of February is an International
Boost Self Esteem Month? While January is for New Years
Resolutions like loosing the few extra pounds you gained over
the holidays or getting more exercise, why not use February to
boost your self esteem. It’ll be fun and I’ll help you with
some quotes to get you started.

Just a few words of wisdom can help us to see and feel things
more clearly. If we think negative thoughts we get negative
results. So instead of not embracing who we are, we need to
focus on being “the best me I can be” on a daily basis and be
sure to say to ourselves that “tomorrow I’ll be even better.”
How strong is your laugh? Laughter is not only the best
medicine but it enables you to smile. And believe me, you’ll
look and feel better if you laugh and smile more. As a bonus
you will automatically feel better and have more energy.
That’s how you make changes one day at a time. And don’t worry
about the laugh lines. I’ll take care of them.
As far as taking better care of ourselves, why not? While
February is a month of love, we also need to make sure we love
ourselves too. One of the best ways to show we love our selves
is to take care of our selves and not wait for someone else to
do it for us.
