Just Move...
Is life making you crazy? Are you feeling stuck and can’t move, let alone move forward.

Remember that every Journey begins with a single step. We need to keep our bodies moving. Sitting down and relaxing is fine. But if we “plop” too much we are not recharging our energy. With the beautiful weather we are having (at least in California) now is the time to just move.

Need ideas? How about a walk in the park with or without the dog. A bike ride (with lots of water and energy snacks). We need the stimulus to keep our lymphatic system moving. Not to mention burning unwanted fat.

Too hot outside? Remember, there are no excuses for not taking care of your health.

Want some extra fun exercise with a few laughs? How about trying your kids Wii. You can actually get a fun workout. The Wii Fit also helps work on your balance or practice your yoga.

If you want to really test your cool you can even try Bikram Yoga. Moving your body in a room that’s over 100 degrees hot really warms up your muscles to get in that extra stretch and will also help you do some detoxifying too. Just remember to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Whatever you do, take care of your health and JUST MOVE!!!
