Letting go...
One
of the most common ailments I see in my practice is the
inability to let things go. Whether it is anger or guilt it
can manifest in the body and take charge with an energy of its
own. A lot of times it can manifest in illness, muscle
tension, or even acne. It becomes harder on a daily basis if
we let those problems build. Especially in times of external
stress. We seem to sabotage ourselves by holding onto anger
that needs to be diffused. If we don’t diffuse it, sometimes
the least likely trigger can set it off.
Take time
for yourself during the day to just breathe and focus on light
meditation. Guided imagery helps. You can float away from the
problems.
Or, let
go of a bunch of balloons that have a picture of whatever it is that
ails you. Even watching a funny movie that makes you laugh will
help.
Sound
crazy ? Just try it !!!
