Being in a Sacred
Space...
Sounds hard doesn’t it? It’s really not. In trying to stay
“tuned in” on all the global goings on it’s easy to stay
“stressed out”. The media is totally focused on trying to get
you to watch “their news”. They help to keep us in a frenzied
state. It gets your adrenaline going with information
overload. It seems we are always saying “oh my gosh, what
now”?
What now you ask? Now it’s time to be in your own sacred
space. I have seen so many clients lately that are wound up
too tight. It is Not healthy!! It’s time to let it go… let it
flow.
Here are a few suggestions for taking back your own sacred
space so you can be in control again.
• Turn off the news. Better yet turn off the TV. Let your own
batteries recharge. Get away from the “electronic leashes” and
electronic noise. It’s much too negative. Remember…
Silence is golden.
• Drink your water and help your body help itself. Your body
has a natural thirst and this is one healthy
ingredient.
• Laugh out loud. Read a funny book and stimulate your
thyroid. Really!! Laughter is the best medicine.
• Go on a vitamin vacation. Vitamins are great but your liver
needs a break from all the multi-tasking.
It works hard enough, give it a break.
• Try Bach Flower Remedies. At the Journey we can make you a
Custom Blend Remedy.
An all natural and positive boost for your emotions. It will
really help.
• Focus on your own health. Again Let it go...Let it flow.
Fill your diaphragm with some healthy breathing.
• Count your blessings. You really do have a lot to be
thankful for. It will put you in a good mood. Think about it.
• Tell someone you love them. Love heals. And remember, it’s
hard to truly love someone else if you don’t love yourself.
Can you look in the mirror and say I love you and really mean
it?
• Make yourself a priority. It’s time to start recharging your
energy to boost your immune system. If you have to start small
and work up to more time, then fifteen minutes is better than
no time at all. Stay healthy and remember to enjoy the
holidays with the wonder of a child. Full of excitement and
looking forward to all the good times ahead.
YOU DESERVE IT!!
