Enjoy Your
Health… Enhance Your Life
Be Aware. Are you enjoying your good health? Did you
know that eating well, exercising and laughing a lot can
enable you to enjoy not only your good health, but it will
also enhance your life.
One of the main keys to enjoying good health is Awareness. And
by that I mean being aware of what you put in your body. Are
you feeding your body well so your body will be well? How
colorful is your plate? It’s said that “we eat with our eyes”.
When we eat what is pleasing to our eyes we are told that it
will enhance our digestion.
Eating foods that are naturally rich in color means they are
also rich in antioxidants. So when it comes to Strawberries,
Blueberries, Oranges, Bell Peppers, Spinach and Dark Leafy
Greens, then eat away. But do stay away from white foods like
dairy, white rice, and wheat, as they are not what your body
needs. Believe me, your body will feel so much better.
Physically Are you sweating from good sensible work
outs or not sweating at all? You know the answer to that one.
Get out there and start getting some good exercise. Your body
needs it.
Emotionally On a scale of 1 to 10 how happy are you?
Only you can answer that and if the numbers are too low you
need to make some changes and you can do that. Get outdoors
and go for a walk. At least it’s a beginning. Read a good book
or write in a journal and really look at your thoughts and
feelings on paper. It’s amazing what you might find out about
yourself. “Be the change you wish to see in the world”, as
Gandhi tells us. It all starts with awareness and then change.
Spiritually Whatever your faith is just let it support
you. Whether it’s through prayer, meditation or yoga. Even
going to the ocean for a walk on the beach or to the mountains
for some pure fresh air. Truly feel their strength and focus
on their energy. It will help you feel renewed.
The more aware you are of Mind, Body, and Spirit the more you
are in control and you will feel and be stronger. It’s a
wonderful gift that only you can give yourself.
So go ahead… Be Aware, Live Strong, and Be Strong
